General Terms and Conditions

Last updated: October 2026. These terms apply to all bookings made via this website. The German version is legally binding; translations are provided for information only.

1. Contracting party and agency

The service provider for the tours and excursions in Turkey is TATİLEGO TURİZM SEYAHAT İŞLETMELERİ SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (Condor Travel), TÜRSAB licence no. 14400, İkiçeşmelik Mah. Süleyman Demirel Bul. Melis Apartmanları Sitesi, Melis Apartmanı B Blok No: 21B, İç Kapı No: 6, Kuşadası/Aydın, Turkey.

The operator of this website (see Legal Notice) acts as an agent for these services and is authorised to accept bookings, declarations and payments on behalf of the service provider. No separate contract for the tour is concluded with the agent.

Anyone booking on behalf of others is liable for their share only if they expressly declare this when booking. Agencies and companies booking for third parties become contracting parties themselves.

2. Services

The services owed are those set out in the tour description and the booking confirmation. Vehicle, boat, yacht and Museum Pass are only included if they have been booked and confirmed.

Excursions with a flight include the domestic flight from Istanbul, transfers and the private, state-licensed guide; multi-day excursions additionally include the overnight stays stated.

Entrance fees, meals, drinks, tips and personal expenses are not included in the price unless the description states otherwise.

Shopping stops at carpet, jewellery or leather businesses are never part of our tours.

3. Booking and conclusion of contract

The presentation on the website does not constitute a binding offer. By submitting the booking form, you make a binding offer.

The contract is concluded upon our booking confirmation in text form (e-mail is sufficient). For bookings made at least 48 hours before the start, you receive the confirmation immediately; at shorter notice, we first check the availability of a guide.

Please check the confirmation (date, time, meeting point, number of persons, language) and report any discrepancies within 48 hours.

4. Prices

The fixed price displayed at the time of booking applies. City tours: the base price applies to up to 3 persons; each additional person costs the stated surcharge. Excursions with a flight: the price applies per person.

If a tour ends after 19:00, an evening surcharge of 50 % is charged on the guide fee. Vehicle and transfer prices remain unchanged.

If the number of persons decreases after booking, the base price remains unchanged. Additional requests on site (extension, waiting time, extra kilometres) are charged separately and are payable immediately.

Each additional hour beyond the booked duration is charged at €35 and paid by the customer.

A tour is never free of charge – not even for children.

5. Payment

A deposit of 30 % of the total price is due upon booking, by PayPal or credit card (card payment via PayPal). Only if neither is possible may payment exceptionally be made by instant bank transfer; the customer will receive the bank details personally. If a Museum Pass is booked as well, it must be paid in full with the deposit.

The balance is paid in cash on site on the day of the tour before it begins.

Bank and payment charges (e.g. international transfer, currency conversion) are borne by the customer. Without full payment, there is no entitlement to performance of the tour.

6. Cancellation by the customer

Cancellations must be made in text form (e-mail is sufficient) and take effect upon receipt.

The following flat-rate charges of the total price apply: up to 30 days before the start 30 % (the deposit is not refunded), 29–15 days 50 %, 14–7 days 75 %, 6–1 day(s) and in the event of a no-show 100 %.

The customer is entitled to prove that the actual damage incurred is lower. Museum Pass and other issued tickets are non-refundable.

7. Changes of booking and substitute participant

Changes of booking are always subject to a charge: a change of booking is treated as a cancellation followed by a new booking; the flat-rate charges under clause 6 apply, and payments already made are credited.

A substitute participant may be named up to the start of the tour without surcharge, provided that they meet the requirements of the tour.

8. Obligations of participants

Before booking, please inform us of anything relevant to the tour: reduced mobility, wheelchair (type, width, weight), pushchair, child seats, allergies.

Minors may only take part when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian or by an adult authorised by them.

Each participant is personally responsible for passport, visa, entry and health regulations. On the day of the tour, you must be reachable at the mobile number provided.

The instructions of the guide and driver must be followed. The customary dress code applies in mosques, churches and synagogues.

9. Late arrival

We wait up to 15 minutes after the agreed time; longer waiting shortens the tour. If you do not appear after 30 minutes and cannot be reached by telephone, the tour is deemed not taken up.

For shore excursions, we wait without surcharge if the ship is delayed and plan the return with a time buffer before the last boarding time.

10. Changes and force majeure

The route and order of visits may change for objective reasons (opening hours, events, safety, traffic). If a sight is closed, we offer an equivalent alternative.

In the event of force majeure (official orders, strikes, natural events, flight cancellations), the service provider may withdraw from the contract and will refund payments made. No further claims exist.

If the guide is unavailable and no equivalent replacement can be provided, you may choose between a new date and a full refund.

11. Liability

We accept unlimited liability for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body and health. In the case of slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of essential obligations, limited to the typical, foreseeable damage.

The respective provider is liable for services of third parties (airlines, boats, restaurants, events). The agent is liable only for the proper arrangement of the services.

12. No right of withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal for leisure services with a fixed date (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 9 BGB – Section 312g (2) no. 9 of the German Civil Code).

13. Complaints

Please report any defects immediately during the tour to the guide or at +49 176 62157259 so that we can remedy them. Claims must be asserted in text form within one month after the day of the tour.

14. Data protection, applicable law and place of jurisdiction

We use your data only to process the booking; for details, see the privacy policy.

We do not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods; mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected. Should any provision be invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid.
